Vivid Seats Game Center Rewards (“Game Center Rewards”) is a program offered by Vivid Seats, beginning July 1, 2023 (“Launch Date”) to users of the Vivid Seats Game Center (“Game Center”) within the Vivid Seats App, version 2022.63.0 and newer for iOS and version 2202.63.0 and newer for Android (“VS App”). These Vivid Seats Game Center Rewards Terms and Conditions (the “Rewards Terms”) establish the terms and conditions applicable to your participation in Game Center Rewards. Please read these terms carefully. By playing in any game available to you in the Game Center, you agree to comply with these Rewards Terms and the Vivid Seats Terms of Use (“Site Terms”). If you do not agree to be bound by both the Rewards Terms and the Site Terms, do not play in any game (each a “Game”) offered in the Game Center.
How to Participate:
Participation in Game Center Rewards is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual (“you”). Game Center Rewards is void where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations. The Rewards Terms are subject to such changes as may be necessary to comply with such laws or regulations. To participate, you must download the VS App, register an account with Vivid Seats, and enable push notifications. Registering an account and playing any Game within the Game Center in the VS App is free. When you register an account and play in your first Game within the Game Center in the VS App, by doing so, you understand and agree that (i) you will be opted in to Game Center Rewards and (ii) these additional Rewards Terms shall apply to your participation in Game Center Rewards.
How Game play works:
When you visit Game Center, you may see one (1) or more unique Game cards available to you. Typically, each Game requires players to make one (1 or more selection(s) (each a “Pick”), ranging from one (1) to five (5) Picks per Game (each a “Daily Game”). Each Daily Game will feature one (1) or more Pick(s) in the form of either: (a) a multiple-choice “Popular Vote” or other curated poll question (each a “Poll”), (b) a multiple-choice Trivia question (“Trivia”), or (c) “Over” or “Under” selections on pre-determined player projections for players scheduled to play in a game later that day. To play in a Daily Game, you must log into the VS App, select the applicable Daily Game card in the Game Center, and make all required Picks to complete your Daily Game play. You may play in as many or as few Games as you like, but no more than one play per Daily Game per Vivid Seats account.
Scoring: Each Daily Game you participate in earns you ten (10) Tokens, and each correct Pick within a Daily Game earns you an additional ten (10) Tokens.
“Over”/“Under” Picks: The “correct” answer will be determined based on the team’s or player’s real-life performance in the applicable game and the resulting statistics.
Trivia Picks: The “correct” answer will be determined based on Vivid Seats marketplace sales data (if applicable) and/or reputable internet resources reviewed by Sponsor.
Poll Picks: The answer selected by the greatest number of Game participants will be deemed the “correct” answer.
How Game Center Rewards works:
You may earn tokens (“Tokens”) by playing in Games within the Game Center. The number of Tokens you earn depends on the number of Games in which you participate and the number of correct Picks you make in each Daily Game (see Scoring above).
Tokens may be used to apply a discount (as set forth below) on your future ticket purchases in the VS App, Vivid Picks app, via phone to our call center, or on vividseats.com (collectively, the “VS Sales Channels”). The aggregate number of Tokens you earn across all Games will determine the discount(s) (each a “Prize”) available to you:
Once you hit a Token milestone set forth above, you will be able to redeem the required number of Tokens for the applicable Prize in the Game Center Rewards tab. All available Prizes, along with your Token balance, will appear in the Game Center Rewards tab. You may decide when and whether to redeem your Tokens for any available Prize by selecting the applicable unlocked Prize within the Game Center Rewards tab. After you redeem the Tokens, you will receive a discount promo code for the applicable Prize amount within the Game Center Rewards tab and/or in an email (to the email address associated with your Vivid Seats account). Once you redeem Tokens for a Prize, the redeemed Tokens will be subtracted from your existing Token balance. For example, if you have 1500 Tokens and you elect to redeem 1000 Tokens for a $5 discount off your next ticket purchase, your new Token balance will be 500 Tokens.
If you earn 5000 Tokens or more and redeem them, you can continue to earn additional Tokens towards the same Prizes set forth above. For example, if you have 5500 Tokens and you elect to redeem 5000 Tokens for a $25 discount off your next ticket purchase, your new Token balance will be 500 Tokens, and you can continue earning Tokens towards additional Prizes.
Award and Use of Tokens and Prizes:
You may only earn Tokens and redeem them for Prizes by playing Games within the Game Center in the VS App. Prizes may only be used on future purchases made using any of the VS Sales Channels and shall be linked to the account and email address associated with the Vivid Seats account that earned the corresponding Tokens. Prize discount codes expire 30 days from the date you redeem the applicable Tokens and the Prize discount code is issued to you (unless otherwise stated within the Game Center Rewards tab or email to you). Prizes may not be applied on past orders. Each Prize discount code is for one-time use only. Prize value may be applied only to ticket price and does not apply to service fees and shipping costs; not valid on past purchases. You will need to provide the remaining payment difference once the Prize amount has been applied to your order. Accounts may not be combined or merged, and Tokens and Prizes are not transferable between accounts. Prizes may not be combined with any other promotional codes or other forms of discounts on the same purchase.
Additional Game Center Rewards Rules:
In the event that you apply a Prize to an order that is later canceled, the applicable Prize amount shall not be refundable. Vivid Seats reserves the right to remove, at any time, any Tokens or Prizes earned at its sole discretion. From time to time, and for a limited time duration, Vivid Seats may offer additional earning opportunities in Game Center Rewards, which may be subject to additional terms listed within the offer.
Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value (except where required by law). If you are no longer permitted to place orders through Vivid Seats for any reason, your Tokens will no longer be accessible to you. If Vivid Seats determines there is any suspected or actual tampering with any portion of Game Center, Vivid Seats reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual connected therewith from Game Center Rewards and Game Center play and, at its option, to no longer permit the placing of orders through the VS Sales Channels.
Game Center Rewards is intended to encourage fans to interact with and enjoy the VS App. Game Center Rewards Prizes are only available for ticket purchases where the next use of that ticket is for an individual to attend an event and not for resale or for any other purpose. If it is discovered that an individual, group or company has been utilizing the Prizes for the purchase of tickets for the purposes of resale, this shall be considered a violation of the Seller Terms and all penalties detailed in the Vivid Seats Seller Terms may apply at Vivid Seats’ sole discretion.

Vivid Seats expressly disclaims responsibility for any claims arising from (i) any errors in any Game Center related materials or for any consequences arising from such errors; and (ii) the loss of Tokens and/or Prizes that are misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are otherwise lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including any inability to access the VS App or process any transaction on or within the VS App.
Changes to Game Center Rewards:
Vivid Seats may, in its sole discretion, change, limit or modify these Rewards Terms, the Game Center Rewards benefits, eligibility for participation, and Prizes, and any other feature of the Game Center or Game Center Rewards at any time without prior notice. Vivid Seats further reserves the right to terminate Game Center Rewards, or any part of the Game Center and/or Game Center Rewards, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, even though such termination may affect the right to earn and redeem Tokens and use Prizes. In the event Vivid Seats terminates Game Center Rewards, any Prizes earned shall be valid until the expiration date, except at Vivid Seats’ sole discretion. By continuing to collect Tokens and redeem them for Prizes, you accept any changes to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for keeping up to date on any changes that we make.
